Organic Mexican and organic Peruvian coffee beans are blended and washed in a unique water filtration process that removes the caffeine but retains the coffee’s wonderful aromas and flavours. Decaffeination often robs a coffee of more than just caffeine.  The flavours, the brightness and even the mouth-feel can suffer in the crusade for a good night’s sleep. This chemical free, ‘Organic Mountain Water’ process removes 99.9% of the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s fruity sweet flavours.
