Pacifica is our blend of organic Mexican and Peruvian Arabicas. The Peruvian bean builds texture and body, while the Mexican bean helps the coffee take on a delightful sweetness and an appealing sharpness. 

The organic Mexican is a wildly under-rated bean that coffee lovers are only now rapidly discovering. The organic Mexican is the central coffee in this blend and when combined with the Peruvian, it takes on buttery tones and a delightful milk chocolate finish. We have created a coffee with flavours, body and texture not usually associated with an organic blend.
